Easy and quick croissants

Ingredients:

Half a kilo of flour
A spoonful of baking powder
A teaspoon of salt
A cup and a half of liquid milk
A tablespoon of sugar with 2 tablespoons of yeast
1 egg with vanilla
Half a cup of soft butter
For the face
Liquid milk
A hint of vanilla

Method:

  • Add the baking powder and salt to the flour
  • Beat the eggs and vanilla together
    Heat the milk, add the yeast and sugar and let it ferment together.
  • Pour the rest of the flour with the yeast and egg mixture and knead them together, and as soon as you get the dough, pour the soft butter and knead them well and watch until the butter is absorbed.
  • Let it ferment for an hour, then spread them and overlap them. Spread them in the shape of a rectangle and divide them into triangles, wrap them and let them rest for a while. – Then brush them with milk and vanilla and put them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
