Classic and easy salads for all occasions

  1. Potato Salad (Russian)
    A creamy salad with potatoes, carrots, peas and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 carrots, cooked and cubed
1 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix potatoes, carrots and peas in a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve cold.

  1. Tuna Salad with Potatoes and Egg
    Potato salad with tuna, hard-boiled egg and vegetables.

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 cans tuna in water, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cooked vegetable mix (carrots, peas, corn)
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, tuna, eggs and vegetables.
Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables and celery.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
