NUTELLA CREPE ROLLS

Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nutella (as much as you like)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Beat well until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spread a little butter or oil on the skillet.
  3. Pour a little of the pancake mix into the hot skillet and spread it evenly to form a thin circle.
    Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and you can slide a spatula under the pancake. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.
  4. Once all the crepes are cooked, spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe.
  5. Roll each crepe with Nutella and place on a serving plate.
  6. If you like, you can sprinkle a little icing sugar before serving.
