Ingredients:
1 carrot
1/2 white cabbage
2 green apples
4 tablespoons of crème fraîche
4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (natural)
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
1 and a half lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Peel and grate the carrot. Finely grate the white cabbage.
Core the green apples and cut them into thin slices or cubes.
In a bowl, mix the grated carrot, grated cabbage and sliced/diced green apples.
In another bowl, mix the crème fraîche, Greek yogurt, garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything.
Squeeze the remaining half lemon over the salad for extra freshness.
Chill the salad for about 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
