CORN BREAD IN THE BLENDER

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 condensed milk
1 can of corn without water O Elote
1 cup of flour
1 spoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation:

  1. In the mixer, put all the ingredients and beat them until they are homogeneous.
  2. If it sticks to the sides, use a spoon to detach it.
  3. Butter a mold with butter and flour, pour the cake batter into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (do the toothpick test).
