20 g butter
1 sachet baking powder
10 cl milk
150 g caster sugar
150 g flour
4 eggs
150 g semi-salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar

First, mix the yeast with the flour, sugar, softened semi-salted butter
Then add the egg yolks, milk and vanilla
Beat the egg whites until stiff
