INGREDIENTS
Chicken marinated overnight in the fridge with mustard, garlic, coriander, pepper, maggi, salt, balsamic vinegar and oil.
2 large onions
fresh and concentrated tomato
garlic
onion leaves
1 finger of ginger
a little mustard
Fresh chili pepper
Maggi tablet
Pepper, parsley, bell pepper
PREPARATION
Precook the chicken pieces for 15 minutes on low heat then fry them. Set aside. Fry the vegetables and spices separately, starting with the onions then the tomatoes, add the others. When the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken pieces, adjust the seasoning and drizzle with a little lemon juice (because of the oil) simmer for 5 minutes and it’s ready.
Accompanied by kponan porridge with butter. (cook the kponan with a little salted water and a knob of butter. The water must be completely drained so that the butter soaks into the yam)
