INGREDIENTS:
120 ml warm milk
10 g brewer’s yeast
40 g sugar
40 g melted butter (you can replace it with oil)
a pinch of salt
8 g vanilla flavoring
1 egg at room temperature
280 g flour (for all purposes)
Instructions:
- Dilute the yeast in the milk.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the sugar, melted burdock, salt, vanilla, egg and flour.
- Work the mixture well and form a smooth dough.
- Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- Then form the balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Fry them in hot oil and serve them according to your preferences.
- Enjoy your soft fried balls.
