Ingredients
- 200 g of ladyfingers biscuits
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 2 cups of cold espresso coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Bitter cocoa powder for the coating
Instructions
- Start by crumbling the ladyfingers in a bowl until you get a flour-like consistency. Add the mascarpone and mix well.
- Pour the cold espresso coffee together with the sugar. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and soft. If the mixture is too liquid, add more ladyfingers.
- Using your hands, form small balls of dough and roll them in bitter cocoa powder. This step will give the truffles their characteristic intense chocolate flavor.
- Arrange the truffles on a tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. In this way, the Tiramisu Truffles will solidify, becoming perfect for serving.
