Ingredients
- 180 g of dry biscuits type petit (without eggs)
- 160 g soft butter
- 130 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of bitter cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon rum (or milk)
- pinch of salt
- qb of icing sugar to decorate
Instructions
- Crumble the dry biscuits into small pieces.
- In a bowl, work the soft butter with the icing sugar until creamy.
- Add the bitter cocoa, milk, rum (or milk), and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
- Add the crushed biscuits and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Form a cylinder with the dough, wrap it in baking paper and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.

For a lighter variant, you can use vegetable milk or lactose-free butter.
