Ingredients

  • 200g whole oats
  • apples peeled and cut into pieces
  • 100g chopped almonds
  • 2 eggs

  • 50g of brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tin with 12 paper cups.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sugar, baking powder, and ground almonds.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, then add the diced apples.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Divide the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
