Instructions
- Preparation of ingredients : Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the cherry tomatoes into halves. Make sure the peas are defrosted.
- Sauté : In a large skillet, heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing over medium heat until translucent.
- Cooking the ham : Add the diced smoked ham and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.
- Adding the mushrooms : Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they release their water and become tender.

- Cooking the pasta : Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta of your choice until al dente, following the times indicated on the package.
- Assembly : Drain the pasta and transfer it directly to the pan with the sauce. Stir well to ensure that each piece is coated in the cream.
