Nutella Roll

To prepare a perfect Nutella Roll , follow these steps carefully. The ingredients are simple and easily available:


Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g of 00 flour
  • 30 g of potato starch
  • 40 g of oil
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Sift together the flour , starch and baking powder, gradually adding them to the eggs. Add the oil and mix gently to keep the air incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture onto the pan and bake for about 10 minutes.

Notes

Once baked, transfer the roll onto a damp cloth, remove the baking paper and roll it up gently. This step is crucial to avoid breakages. Let it cool before unrolling it and filling it with Nutella.
