240 g yogurt (about 1 cup)
3 eggs
50 g melted butter
150 g sugar (about 3/4 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt

80 g semolina or flour (about 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)

Procedure:

Preparing the Pan: Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a 21×21 cm square pan, greasing the bottom with melted butter and sprinkling with semolina or flour.
Mixing the Ricotta: In a large bowl, combine the ricotta with the yogurt until smooth.

Finish the Dough: Add the melted butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.

Bake: Place in the oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
