Ingredients:
🥔 4 potatoes
🍅 Fresh tomato or tomato sauce
🧅 1 onion
🌿 Dried oregano
🧂 Salt
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil
🌶️ Black pepper
🧀 Sweet provola (or mozzarella)
🧀 Grated parmesan

Prepare the ingredients:
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Slice the onion and prepare the tomato (you can use it in pieces or as a sauce). In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the tomato, onion, oregano, salt, oil and black pepper. Add the provola cut into pieces and a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan.
In the pan:
Pour everything into a well-oiled baking dish, distributing the ingredients evenly.
Cooking:
Bake at 230°C for 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are golden, crispy and the cheese is well melted.
Service:
