Caserecce
Half an onion
Diced pumpkin
Crumbed sausage
Béchamel sauce
Parmesan cheese
Diced provola cheese

Method:
Fry the onion: In a pan, fry half an onion in a little olive oil until golden.
Cook the pumpkin: Add the diced pumpkin and cook for about 30 minutes, until soft.
Blend: Blend the pumpkin until you get a smooth cream.
Brown the sausage: In another pan, brown the crumbled sausage until golden, then add it to the pumpkin cream.
Add the béchamel sauce: Mix well and incorporate the béchamel sauce.
Cook the pasta: Cook the caserecce al dente and pour them into the pan with the sauce, stirring well.
Add cheese: Add the parmesan and provola cheese in cubes, stirring to melt the cheese.
Bake: Transfer everything to a baking dish, add another layer of béchamel and parmesan and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
