Ingredients
For the base:
200 g of crushed biscuits
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa
100 g of melted butter
For the cream:
600 g of spreadable cheese or mascarpone
100 g of sugar
100 g of melted dark chocolate

Grated dark chocolate
Method
- Preparation of the Base:
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the bitter cocoa and melted butter until you obtain a well-blended mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a 20 cm mold, pressing well on the bottom to level it.
Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the base to firm up. - Preparation of the Cream:
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese (or mascarpone) with the sugar until you get a smooth cream without lumps.
Add the melted dark chocolate and mix well until completely incorporated. - Assembly:
Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base in the mold and level the surface with a spatula.
Return the cake to the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 3 hours, or until it is well solidified. - Decoration and Service:
