Muffin speed to the chocolate: simple and easy to prepare at the right time!

Very moist, tasty and full of chocolatey goodness! Even better the next day!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
A pinch of salt
8 g (2 cups) of vanilla sugar
150 g (¾ cup) of sugar
130 ml (½ cup) of vegetable oil
200 ml (4/5 cup) of milk
250 g (2 cups) of flour
30 g (3 tablespoons) of cocoa
15 g (3 teaspoons) baking powder
White chocolate

METHOD

Add the eggs, salt, vanilla and sugar to the bowl. Mix. Add the oil and milk. Mix. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well.
Pour half of the mixture into the muffin tins.
Arrange the white chocolate. Add the remaining mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
