Baked Potato Wedges with Garlic and Parmesan

Ingredients

Red Potatoes
4 cut into wedges
Seasoning 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
and pepper to taste Olive
Oil 4 tablespoons Garlic
Powder 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 cupRanch
Seasoning or ketchup for garnish Optional Parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a large baking sheet or a baking tray from the oven and grease it.
Take a sauce to add spices to the potato, the olive oil, the garlic powder, the salt, the pepper, the Italian seasoning and the parmesan.
Mix well so that all the cloves are coated in the seasoning.
Now add them one at a time to the baking sheet.
Bake for 25-35 minutes. Before taking them out, check with a fork. Add them to a serving bowl and a plate and sprinkle with some parsley, but it is optional.
Add a little sauce on the side. We prefer Ranch dressing and simply ketchup
