1 carrot, grated

2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce

100 grams (0.22 lb) mozzarella, grated

Preparation Steps

1. Prepare the mushrooms
Start by cleaning the mushrooms. Use a damp cloth to wipe the caps, as washing them under water can make them soggy.
Carefully remove the stems (legs) from the mushrooms, leaving the caps intact. Place the caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finely chop the stems and reserve for the filling.
2. Prepare the filling
