Piadina romagnola without yeast: the recipe to make it at home

Ingredients:


200 g 00 flour
70 ml water
40 ml milk
20 ml olive oil
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Set the flour and mix it with a dirty pizza, then start and impastare until the water is added.
Poi reed unit latte e olio. Format a pan and cook it for 30 minutes.
Poi formate delle palline e stendetele. Cook in a non-stick padella on its side.
