Quick melted chocolate cake

Preparation:

Preheating the oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) to ensure optimal baking of the cake.
Preparing the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, crème fraîche, orange blossom water and 360 g of caster sugar. Mix well until you obtain a perfectly smooth preparation. Place a sheet of baking paper on a previously moistened baking tray.
Pour the preparation onto the baking paper and spread it evenly.
First baking:

Bake for about 10 minutes for a first baking.
End of baking:
Remove the cake from the oven.
Initial baking:
Generously brush its entire surface with melted butter.
Sprinkle the remaining caster sugar evenly on top of the cake.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, monitoring the cooking carefully until the cake is golden brown.
Serving:
Once cooked, let the cake cool slightly.
Cut it into equal pieces.
Serve it warm or cold according to your preferences.
