Ingredients:
3 potatoes (about 800 g)
Fresh parsley
Salt
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
70 g grated cheese
5 tablespoons potato starch
Seed oil
Directions:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them. Once finished, mash them.
Season with chopped parsley, salt, paprika and garlic powder.
Then add the grated cheese and potato starch.
Put the mixture in a mold and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the sticks and fry them in boiling oil until crispy.
