Creamy Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients:
– 800g potatoes
– 200ml double cream
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 50g butter
– 50g grated parmesan
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chopped garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cream and parmesan, stirring until the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the pan and stir gently so that they are well coated in the sauce.
- Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot..
