Gratinated pork loin rolls: the recipe for the second tasty cake

Ingredients:

8 slices of pork loin
200 g of Gruyere cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
50 g of grated parmesan
1 cheese parsley
2 garlic spices
Breadcrumbs to taste
1 onion
EVO oil to taste

Preparation:

  1. For the filling: combine breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley (finely chopped).
  2. Add the oil and mix well.
  3. Beat the slices of meat to flatten them.
  4. Fill with a piece of terrine and then prepare the mixture for the pan first.
  5. If you don’t have instructions, you can only use them in one round.
  6. Brush with olive oil then cover with more seasoned breadcrumbs.
  7. Insert pieces of onion between each roll.
  8. Cook in a static position at 180° for 30 minutes.
