Ingredients:
8 slices of pork loin
200 g of Gruyere cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
50 g of grated parmesan
1 cheese parsley
2 garlic spices
Breadcrumbs to taste
1 onion
EVO oil to taste
Preparation:
- For the filling: combine breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley (finely chopped).
- Add the oil and mix well.
- Beat the slices of meat to flatten them.
- Fill with a piece of terrine and then prepare the mixture for the pan first.
- If you don’t have instructions, you can only use them in one round.
- Brush with olive oil then cover with more seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Insert pieces of onion between each roll.
- Cook in a static position at 180° for 30 minutes.
