Ingredients:
Dough:
250 gr flour “00”
60 gr sugar
4 gr dry yeast
1 lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
30 gr butter
20 ml water
60 ml milk
Filling:
2 apples
4 tablespoons sugar
juice of 1 lemon
cinnamon to taste
apricot jam to taste
Preparation:
Dough: in the planetary mixer add flour, sugar, yeast, lemon zest and egg. Then add milk, water and butter. Finally add salt. Form a loaf and let rise until doubled in volume.
Cut the apples and mix them with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough and add jam and apples.
Roll everything up and cut into slices.
Bake at 175° for 15 minutes.
