Chocolate Orange Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
400 ml milk
120 grams sugar
Zest of one orange
60 grams cocoa
150 grams butter
400 grams biscuits
100 grams walnuts
80 grams milk chocolate
15 ml vegetable oil
80 grams roasted peanuts
50 grams white chocolate
10 ml vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix 400 ml milk, 120 grams sugar, the zest of one orange and 60 grams cocoa. Cook the mixture until boiling.
Add 150 grams butter to the boiling mixture and let cool slightly.
Crush 400 grams biscuits and chop 100 grams walnuts. Fold these into the cooled mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and let cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Melt 80 grams of milk chocolate with 15 ml of vegetable oil. Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled biscuit base and add 80 grams of toasted peanuts. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Melt 50 grams of white chocolate with 10 ml of vegetable oil. Pour the melted white chocolate over the peanut layer. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Tip:
Make sure the biscuit mixture is completely cooled before adding the chocolate layers for a firm and defined cake.
For best results, use a plate that can be easily chilled in the refrigerator.
