INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of sausage;
- Half an onion;
- 1 yellow pepper and 1 red pepper;
- Water to taste;
- Half a glass of white wine;
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste;
- Rosemary to taste;
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste,
STEP
- Take a large enough pan, pour in the oil and heat it;
- After that we place our sausages and brown them;
- While the meat is browning in the pan, let’s clean and cut our vegetables, the onion and slices and the peppers into not too thin strips;
- Let’s put them aside;
- When the sausage has taken on a nice golden color, add the onion and peppers, cover and cook over a low flame for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- If necessary, if we see that the sausage and vegetables are drying out too much, add a little water and mix;
- Season with salt and pepper, add the rosemary and finally blend with the glass of white wine and let it evaporate;
- Once cooked, sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley;
- Plate up and enjoy this FABULOUS dish while still warm!
