INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of Cardoncelli mushrooms (from our Apulian Murgia);
- Breadcrumbs;
- Grated pecorino cheese;
- Salt;
- Pepper;
- Extra virgin olive oil;
- Parsley;
- garlic to taste
STEP
- Clean the mushrooms well with a damp cloth;
- Add the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and another drizzle of oil;
- Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes;
- Bake and serve hot accompanied with a nice salad… enjoy your meal!
