Baked Cardoncelli Mushrooms Gratinated

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of Cardoncelli mushrooms (from our Apulian Murgia);
  • Breadcrumbs;
  • Grated pecorino cheese;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Extra virgin olive oil;
  • Parsley;
  • garlic to taste

STEP

  1. Clean the mushrooms well with a damp cloth;
  2. Add the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and another drizzle of oil;
  3. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes;
  4. Bake and serve hot accompanied with a nice salad… enjoy your meal!
