Landed almonds from Puglia

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of dark chocolate;
  • 500 g of shelled almonds;
  • three-four tablespoons of bitter cocoa

STEP

  1. First, heat the oven to 200°. In the meantime, place the almonds in a pan and brown them for about 5 minutes;
  2. While the almonds are in the oven, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the bitter cocoa, stirring occasionally;
  3. Add the toasted almonds and mix well to coat them evenly with the chocolate.
  4. Arrange about thirty paper cups on a surface and pour the chocolate almond mixture into them using a teaspoon.
  5. Let them cool for at least an hour and they will be ready to be enjoyed… fabulous!!
