Add the water, milk, oil and mix with a spoon and then with your hands and work until you obtain a well-blended dough;
After that cover with a cotton cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes;
Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and divide in half;
Roll out the first half into a thin sheet, place on a baking tray (greased with extra virgin olive oil) and remove the excess dough;
Sprinkle the base with grated cheese, fill with slices of cooked ham and mozzarella;
Close with the other half of the pastry, seal the edges well, brush with extra virgin olive oil and cook at 190 degrees (oven already at temperature) for 35 minutes, last 2 minutes on the grill function to brown well on top too;
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve… EXTREMELY GOOD!
