Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, mix well and wait 5 minutes;
After that, take a bowl, pour in the flour, the salt (put it on the sides of the flour, it must not come into contact with the yeast), the eggs, the sugar, the oil and the yeast dissolved in the milk and start collecting the ingredients with a fork;
After that, transfer to a pastry board and work well for about 15 minutes, helping yourself with the flour as support… the mixture must be smooth and soft;
Make a loaf, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in the oven with only the light on for 1 1/2 hours, it should double in volume;
Now take the dough and roll it out on a sheet of baking paper into a rectangle, fill with the soft Nutella and roll it out well, remember not to reach the edges, keep it 2 cm;
Roll up gently, then cut into 7 pieces and place in a circle on a baking tray lined with paper, making sure they are spaced apart from each other, because they will rise;
Let it rise again, always covered with a cloth and in the oven, for another hour;
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush the rose cake with the egg yolk and milk and cook for about 25-30 minutes. If it gets too brown, after 20 minutes cover with a sheet of aluminum foil;
Remove from the oven and let cool, if you like, sprinkle with icing sugar… it’s really delicious!
