First, warm the milk slightly and dissolve the brewer’s yeast in it. Do not heat the milk too much or it will burn;
Pour the flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk with the yeast dissolved in it into the mixer bowl (you can easily do this by hand) and start kneading everything together slowly;
After a few minutes add the butter, salt and continue to work, when it becomes a nice smooth dough place it in a bowl covered with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour it should double in volume;
Take the dough, place it on the pastry board and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, then use a pastry cutter or a cup to cut out the largest circle and then make a hole in the center (I used the cap of a water bottle);
Let the donuts rise for another hour, spacing them at least 1 cm apart to allow them to rise;
Pour the oil into a pan with high edges, when the oil has reached temperature (170 degrees) begin to fry one donut at a time, letting them puff up and brown on both sides;
Remove our doughnuts with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove the excess oil;
Sprinkle the donuts with very fine granulated sugar and serve while still nice and hot! I assure you that they are truly delicious!!!
Add the melted cocoa and mix everything together;
In this sort of glaze we dip the Purges we have prepared one at a time and leave to dry so that the glaze hardens;
Now that everything is ready we can enjoy them with a hot cup of coffee!!
