Garlic, Honey, Lemon: Preparation in 10 minutes

We offer two effective vitamin blend recipes. Perfect for fall and winter, they boost the whole family’s immunity in just 10 minutes of preparation!

Not only are these mixes extremely healthy, but they’re also delicious. Even little ones love them! Preparing them is quick and easy, provided you don’t have any intolerances or medical contraindications to the ingredients used.


1. Recipe: Lemon and Garlic Mix

Ingredients (for approximately 500 ml):

  • 300 g of lemon
  • 250 g of honey
  • 100 g d’ail
  • 2 tablespoons of linseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

Preparation :

  1. Cut the lemons into wedges or slices, remove the seeds, and place them in a blender with the garlic cloves.
  2. Add the turmeric and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in the honey and flaxseed oil, then mix again.
  4. Pour the mixture into a clean, dry container.
  5. Let stand in the refrigerator for 5 days before consuming.

Directions:
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons before lunch or dinner. The garlic is discreetly incorporated into the flavor, so there’s no need to worry about bad breath!


2. Recipe: Feijoa and Ginger Mix

Ingredients :

  • 300 g feijoa
  • 200 g of honey
  • 150 g of lemon
  • 20 g ginger

Ingredient Properties:
Feijoa, rich in vitamin C and iodine, improves immunity, sleep quality, skin and hair health, and supports the thyroid. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, useful for digestive diseases and vitamin deficiencies.

Possible substitutes:

  • Raspberries : antioxidants and anti-inflammatories
  • Pineapple : rich in bromelain and vitamins
  • Kiwi : excellent in vitamin C and B
  • Banana : rich in essential minerals

Preparation :

  1. Cut the lemons into slices, remove the seeds and place them in a blender with their skin.
  2. Cut off the ends of the feijoa, add them to the blender with the ginger, and blend until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Add the honey and mix for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a clean, dry container.

Consumption:
Take 1 to 2 scoops in the morning with unsweetened black tea for a daily energy boost.

Storage:
The mixture can be stored for up to 3 months in the refrigerator, but it’s so tasty that it will go much faster!
