Activate yeast   :

In a large bowl, combine lukewarm water (370 ml) and active dry yeast (10 g). Stir gently and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast is completely dissolved and foamy.

Prepare the dough   :

Add flour (500 g) and salt (1 teaspoon) to the yeast mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon or your hands until a rough dough forms.

Knead the dough   :

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8 to 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, a tablespoon at a time.

First Act   :

Place the dough in a clean, lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 to 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

The first thing you need to do before cleaning the floor is to sweep it. Because if the house is dirty, it’s very difficult to clean.

Then, add these items to the basin/bucket of water to clean the floor:
– Add some salt to the water. Salt can dry the floor quickly and can also act as a disinfectant and sterilizer.
– Add a few drops of dish soap, as dish soap has a very strong oil-removing effect. If cooking oil or food residue is spilled on the floor, dish soap will remove those grease stains and make the floor cleaner.

– Add a little white vinegar or lemon juice to the bucket of water. This will soften the stains, making the floor easier to clean and cleaner.
