How do you use onion skin to obtain cucumbers in large quantities and still taste good?

Here’s how:
Take a handful of chopped onion skins;
place them in the hole prepared for the plant.
Cover them with soil, then plant the cucumber.
Bring the soil close to the seedling and water it.
This will be a great help when planting the cucumber, ensuring that the plant becomes strong and vigorous and grows lushly. You can also use the skins to rid the plant of parasites by scattering them on the soil around the plant.

Liquid fertilizer with onion skins.
Alternatively, you can also make a natural liquid fertilizer from onion skins. Here’s how to do it:

Take a handful of chopped onion skins;
place them in a glass container.
Pour in 1 liter of hot water;
let the solution steep for 6 to 12 hours.
After this time, filter the solution and pour it onto the base of the plant every two weeks. Alternatively, you can spray the solution onto the leaves once every 10 to 14 days. Cucumbers will thrive, and you’ll reap an enviable harvest!

In addition to preparing the liquid fertilizer, you can use the onion skins to create a real infusion to heal your cucumber plants and achieve a good harvest. You will need the following to prepare the infusion:

100 grams of onion skins;
5 liters of warm water.

Mix the two ingredients and let the mixture steep for five days, then strain. This onion tea is then sprayed on cucumber plants at least three times every five days. The solution can be used to eliminate mites, as well as fleas, aphids, and mosquitoes from plants.

At the same time, it’s ideal for watering cucumbers without causing yellowing of the leaves. To prevent yellowing, spray the onion infusion 2-3 times in the summer using a regular watering can.
