Ingredients required:
½ cup white vinegar,
½ squeezed lemon,
200g baking soda,
100ml water.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Watch for a foamy mixture.
Pour the mixture directly onto the floor, completely covering the grout.
Use a large brush or toothbrush for vigorous scrubbing.
Let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
Rinse the floor with clean water to remove any residue.
Alternative methods:
Borax:
1- Mix borax with water and apply to the joints.
2- Leave it on overnight, then scrub and rinse the next day.
Pure vinegar:
1- Spray pure vinegar on the joints and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2- Wipe the floor clean and wash as usual.
Hydrogen peroxide and starch:
1- Mix hydrogen peroxide and starch into a paste.
2- Apply to the joints and let it sit for 1 hour before rinsing.
Steam:
1- Use a steam cleaner directly on the joints to remove dirt and mold.
2- Make sure the floor can withstand the steam temperature.
