Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta

Ingredients:


– 3 pounds ground beef
– 1 box small shell pasta
– 1 block Velveeta cheese
– 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
– 2 packs taco seasoning
– 1 can original Rotel
– 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:


1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and drain the excess fat.
2. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain when cooked.
3. Cut the block of Velveeta cheese into smaller pieces and place them in the skillet where the beef was cooked. Add the milk and stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked shells to the melted cheese mixture, followed by the ground beef. Stir well to combine.
5. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and add the can of Rotel. Mix everything together thoroughly.
6. Add a handful of sharp cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
