  • 150 grams of sugar (6 tablespoons)
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar (1.5 teaspoons)
  • 50 grams of sour cream (2 heaped tablespoons)
  • 150 ml vegetable oil (8 tablespoons)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of baking powder (2 teaspoons)

Preparing the base:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a cake tin.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the pinch of salt and the starch and mix until well incorporated.
