Stuffed Pizza with Tomato and Ham: How to Make This Fantastic Recipe

Ingredients:

Pizza dough:
325 ml of water
12 g of fresh brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
500 g flour 0 (for pizza)
15 g of fine salt
10 ml of extra virgin olive oil

Stuffed:

tomato puree
mozzarella for pizza or provolone
cooked ham
Garnish:
rectangular puff pastry round
puff pastry Brush
:
1 egg

Directions:

  1. Dough: dissolve the brewer’s yeast in the water and add the sugar. Pour the mixture into the flour and start mixing.
  2. Then add salt and oil, work everything well until you obtain a uniform dough.
  3. Do two rounds of folds with 15 minute breaks.
  4. Then divide the dough into two parts and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  5. Then roll out the two doughs and fill them.
  6. Cover them with puff pastry and brush an egg on the surface.
  7. Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
