Ingredients:
2 eggs
150g flour
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
Extra virgin olive oil to grease the pan
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a jar and beat very well with the mixer, you should have a mixture without lumps.
- This mixture can be used immediately, but it is always advisable to let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Once rested, mix the jar a little with a spoon, it should have the texture of a liquid cream, if for some reason it is too thick you can add a little milk.
- Grease a non-stick pan very lightly with a pinch of extra virgin olive oil.
- When it is very hot, add a little dough and rotate the mold to help the dough spread. When you see that the edges are starting to brown, turn it over.
