INGREDIENTS
◾️ 500 grams all-purpose flour
◾️ 300 grams water – you may need more flour… the dough should be a little sticky.
◾️ 4 grams brewer’s yeast – you can use active dry yeast if you can’t find brewer’s yeast.
◾️ 1 tablespoon honey
◾️ 10 grams salt
DIRECTIONS:
◾️ Dissolve the yeast in the water with the honey.
◾️ Add the mixture to the flour and start mixing.
◾️ Then add the salt and form a soft, smooth dough.
◾️ Let the dough rise for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
◾️ Then divide it into equal pieces.
◾️ Form the buns and let rest for 1 hour.
◾️ Make a side incision on each sandwich and sprinkle with flour.
◾️ Bake at 230°c for 10 minutes with a pan of water.
◾️ Then remove the pan and cook until the sandwiches are golden brown.
