Ingredients:
400 g flour
15 g sugar (1 tablespoon)
5 g dry brewer’s yeast
3 g salt
330-350 ml warm water
Sunflower oil for frying
Directions:
- Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.

- Pour in the water and start mixing, then add the salt.
- Knead until you get a soft dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Knead again and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
- Then start again and let it rise for 90/120 minutes.
- Shape the donuts and fry them in two different pans.
- This double frying will make them even softer.
