Ingredients:
450 g minced meat
Salt to taste.
Pepper if necessary.
1 onion
1 egg
6 slices of bread
milk to taste
50 g grated cheese
Oil to taste
150 g Emmental cheese
150 g mortadella
100 g pistachios
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the meat, chopped onion, grated cheese, salt, pepper, soaked bread and an egg.
Form a homogeneous mass. Then add the roughly chopped pistachios.
Depending on the consistency of the dough, add a little breadcrumbs.
Spread the meat mixture on the baking paper, then fill with mortadella and Emmental cubes.
Roll up to form a meatloaf.
Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
