Creamy Pasta with Speck and Sausage

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for a pasta that will conquer everyone! Easy to prepare and with an irresistible flavor.

Ingredients (for 2 people):

300 g of pasta
100 g of speck
1 country sausage
Pecorino or Parmesan cheese to taste
1 onion

Preparation

1️⃣ Prepare the sauce:
In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil and brown the speck and sausage (previously crumbled) together with the finely chopped onion. Cook until the onion is golden and the sauce is well browned.
2️⃣ Cook the pasta:
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When there are 2 minutes left to cook, drain it and add it directly to the pan with the sauce. Continue cooking the pasta with the sauce, stirring well.
3️⃣ Mantecare:
Turn off the heat and let it cool for 30 seconds. Add the grated pecorino or parmesan to taste and mix well to obtain a creamy cream.
4️⃣ Serve:
Serve your creamy pasta immediately and enjoy a delicious dish!
