2 eggs
160 g sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
150 ml milk
230 g flour
50 g grated coconut
10 g baking powder
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar or vanilla extract

2-3 tablespoons heat-resistant condensed milk
3 tablespoons grated coconut

Preparation steps:

Preparation of the dough:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the vegetable oil and milk, continuing to mix until the mixture is well combined.
Gently fold in the sifted flour, grated coconut, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.

Baking:

Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Decoration:

Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Spread the condensed milk over the surface of the cake and sprinkle with grated coconut.
