- 200 g of oat flakes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 g dark chocolate (preferably at least 70%)
- 50 g of honey or natural sweetener of your choice
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Banana Preparation : Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add the egg and mix well.
- Adding the dry ingredients : Add the oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
- Chocolate and honey : Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, then add it to the mixture together with the honey. Mix well.
