Ingredients
- 500g of strong flour
- 80g sugar
- 100g butter at room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- 25g of fresh brewer’s yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml of warm milk
Instructions
- Dissolve the brewer’s yeast in the warm milk and let it rest for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour , sugar and pinch of salt.
- Add the dissolved yeast and the eggs, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Add the butter in small pieces, continuing to knead for at least 10 minutes.
- Let it rise for at least 2 hours covered with a damp cloth.
