Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Start by mixing the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light. Add the oil and milk, mixing gently. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to the mixture. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Instructions
Preparation of Mascarpone and Coffee Cream
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 cup of espresso coffee (chilled)
Whip the cream and add the mascarpone and the icing sugar, continuing to mix gently. Finally, incorporate the cooled coffee to create a velvety and aromatic cream.
Cooking and Assembly
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Once cooked, let the cake cool before adding the mascarpone and coffee cream.
