- 1 egg
- 100 g of sugar
- 100g of unsweetened plain yogurt
- 50 g of oil
- 300 g of 00 flour
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla
Instructions
To begin, mix the egg with the sugar until the mixture is frothy. Then add the yogurt and oil and continue mixing until all the ingredients are well incorporated. It is important to follow this sequence to ensure that the mixture remains smooth and without lumps.
Next, sift the flour , baking powder and vanilla directly into the liquid mixture. Mix gently until you get a smooth and compact dough. Finally, add the dark chocolate chips and mix again to distribute them evenly.
Spread the dough in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
